These fares are per person and include air from the cities listed below*. A further 90+ cities are available for additional cost. Please call for your city if it is not on this list for a quote. Also included in your fare is a pre-cruise night at the Royal Olympic Hotel (A suites) or Marriott Hotel in Athens, ship-board gratuities, port fees and taxes. Please read our ship information regarding dining and other amenities of Regatta - we're sure you will realize what good value this cruise is. Not included is the visa required for Turkey, which will appear as a separate charge on your invoice of $49. This visa will be arranged by Oceania. Visas are not necessary for other ports (even Scochi, Russia with the ship tour or a registered guide or tour)

We are currently creating a group package for our travelers that includes airport and ship transfers, dinner on arrival day and private guided sightseeing for our group only on embarkation day in Athens. This will be very competitively priced and at additional cost to the fares above.

Additional sightseeing in Turkey can be arranged post cruise - please call for more information.

Oceania understands that many of our guests have an interest in wine, and like to try local varieties. To this end Oceania generously allows guests to purchase wine in a port of call and bring it onboard, limited to three bottles per stateroom. As you are in a port each day, this should be ample. You are welcome to enjoy their wine in the comfort and privacy of your stateroom, or, if you prefer, enjoy your wine in one of the dining rooms. Any wine consumed in the dining room or a public area will be subject to a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle.

Travel Insurance

We have arranged very competitive group travel insurance for this departure with Travelex Insurance, a leading travel insurer with whom we have much experience over the years, and work with closely. Given the vagaries of weather, airlines and other travel factors we stronly recommend this insurance. There are significant cancellation penalties associated with this cruise. This insurance is very comprehensive, and includes:

Trip cancellation up to 100% of trip cost
Trip interruption up to 150% of trip cost (this applies once you have departed; cancellation once on a trip can involve costs additional to the lost trip value)
Trip delay up to $1000
Missed connection up to $1000
Accident & sickness medical coverage $50,000
Medical evacuation $250,000
Baggage Loss/Delay $1500/$250
24 Hour AD&D $25,000

Importantly, this is primary insurance - rare for cruise coverage - and also includes a pre-existing condition waiver up to and including final payment. This has been done as there is no cancellation penalty on this cruise until final payment is due. Best of all for many of our guests the rates are not age-dependent. That alone represents a large saving for anyone over 60 compared to normal travel insurance. Rates for the staterooms and land package for this departure will range from $319 to $379, depending on stateroom. We will automatically include this insurance on our final invoice - if you prefer to make other arrangements please decline it and adjust the invoice payment amount accordingly. Given the extensive coverage and the excellent rate, we can think of no reason to decline this insurance. A pdf of highlights of the coverage can be downloaded here.            A full version pdf of the coverage can be downloaded here.
